Following up on Closed Guard Attacks, Caio has put together the essential Closed Guard Defense. In this app you will learn to escape, defend and counter attack while in your opponents closed guard. Learn these techniques and you will no longer feel trapped and threatened while caught in the closed guard. This series of techniques provides knowledge to advance your position and control the ground game.
Caio teaches his unique approach to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, revealing details and secrets that make his style so effective. Each position in the series is in a logical sequence so one technique flows into the next. This “linking” of techniques will help you develop faster into a more advanced BJJ artist.
