He was born in 1923 in Azerbaijan. He was an historian, acamedician and Vice-President of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.
He was considered a hero in the Soviet Union.
Mahammad Hasan , born in 1854 was the other responsible for the Quran Azerbaijaní translation.
He traveled to Irak where he continued his degree in religious studies and died in 1932.
