Navigate to Contacts Description
This app simply lists all of your contacts that have addresses in alphabetical order. Simply touch their name to start navigating to the address stored under that contact.There's also a "Go Home" button which, as the name implies, navigates to "home". The navigation app automatically replaces "home" with your address, if enabled and set.
In the menu is a link to your navigation app, just in case.
