Welcome to the Reiki Practice app!This app will help guide Reiki attuned students through self-treatment sequences they can use to get started on a daily Reiki practice or enhance an existing practice. The sequence(s) uses traditional hand positions as taught under the Usui System of Natural Healing also known as Usui Shiki Ryoho.

- Sequences now automatically more to next posture after time reaches zero
- Functionality to add or reduce time, by swiping up (to add 1 min), or swiping down (to subtract 1 min) when the timer has been paused
