With this app you cane set up an alarm on your phone according to wind average in Preluka and Barcole. You can chose fixed time for alarm or relative according to sunrise (let's say 200 min before sunrise)App check wind average since cca 2 hours ago meaning if you set alarm at 4:00 alarm will be set if wind average between 2:00 until 4:00 is higher than the average you set up. Take into account that wind speed is usually 1-3 knots higher than at the time you want to set alarm so adjust average accordingly.
