What is SmartPass?Vodafone SmartPass lets you pay for anything under £20 with your smartphone. There's no need to rummage around for cash or cards. We've teamed up with Visa to make it one of the most secure ways to pay. Simply tap your phone anywhere you see the contactless symbol and away you go. You can also use the app to check your balance on the go or instantly add more cash.
To pay contactless with your mobile, you’ll need to collect one of our free, contactless NFC SIMs from any of our retail stores if you’re using one of our supported devices (see below for list).
If your device or firmware isn‘t supported, we‘ll send a SmartPass tag through the post for you to stick on the back of your phone.
